Green loose tea is tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Gaining popularity due to all of the potential health benefits, green teas are mild in taste. Best brewed with water under a boil for about 3 minutes. Green loose teas, brewed in this way, have the least amount of caffeine, about 1/15th as much as the same size cup of coffee.
