You, Me and Tea
About Us
Some things in life are simply destiny. That's the only way we can
describe our venture into the world of tea. After years of enjoying tea
and collecting teapots, we had the good fortune to find ourselves in Ma
Foosies, in Tasmania. Enchanted with a sumptuous snack of tea, scones
and clotted cream, we believed that we had truly discovered bliss.
Shortly thereafter, when we least expected to reinvent ourselves,
we stumbled upon a tea shop for sale in a quaint seaside town.
Nothing seemed more perfect or destined.
Our efforts have exceeded our expectations, in that summer
tourists who have passed through Port Jefferson have become loyal
customers. Our website grew from the desire to provide our visitors
with the opportunity to replenish their teas upon returning home,
but it now thrives, independently, as a result of our quality products
and service.

have been to a few Tea shops around the island and this one is my
absolute favorite. The staff treats you like you are a treasured guest
in their home and the selection of loose teas and accessories is huge!
Their teas are always fresh and delicious!!! If you are looking a
wonderful place to buy tea, this is it! If you are a bag tea person,
you have to try the loose tea experience, I am confident it will become
one of the favorite parts of your day! Enjoy!!

is a great addition to the shops in Port Jeff Village! The tea
selection is great. There[apos;]s something for everyone. You can sit
outside when the weather is nice. There is also a good selection of tea
themed merchandise.

What
a great retail shop. Really nice selection of loose teas, accessories
and teapots. Great service and extremely helpful. Very cute and
cheerful shop. Smells great as soon as you walk in. Cheerful shop
owners!!

Great little tea shop at the end of Chandler Square in downtown Port
Jefferson. You, Me, and Tea sells loose tea, bagged tea, and pretty
much every tea accessory known to man. There are little jars of the
loose tea for you to open up and smell the different aromas of the
teas. I personally love the Jasmine Green, the Monk's Blend, and
Tibetan Lavender. They serve hot and cold tea as well as some pretty
darn good raisin scones. However, if you're looking for a "High Tea"
service, this is not your shop. There *are* little tables outside
where you can sip your tea and munch on the scones, though. As a
bonus, they also serve bubble tea in nine different flavors, each of
them yummy. The pearls aren't the big black ones, but it's still
delicious. Great atmosphere, great owners, prompt service. If you're
looking for some tea, this is the place for you!
