This has become my favorite warm weather tea. It’s light with the nicest of touch of strawberry. It’s a delightful way to start the morning after the trek from the bus. I like to drink it in a Moroccan tea glass so I can appreciate the pale yellow green color. The scent is one of delicate strawberries that calls to mind sitting on the deck with light summer breezes and blue skies. I have yet to sweeten it – the balance is so perfect without.
I was very happy to discover that the tea is good cool, too. I drink tea at the office and it is not at all uncommon to be called away, leaving a cup at my desk. Sipping this tea later is a treat and I now make two cups when I get in: one for hot, and one to cool.
When I realized that I had two more cups worth in the tin, I had to re-order. I would hate not to have this tea (and the tropical mist sencha) on hand. In fact, I would be flat out unhappy.

I wasn't a big fan of loose tea until I discovered You, Me, and Tea. This was the first type I tried, and to this day it remains my favorite. I make a special trek several times a year to restock my supplies of this tea. The smell is incredible! It instantly fills the entire room with a gorgeous strawberry scent. It tastes just as fantastic. It's my favorite tea for my morning cup. Not too strong, not too bitter. It's also one of the few teas I won't put milk and sugar in. It's perfect as it is!
