Dr. Oz recently recommended Hibiscus tea saying it was good for so many things (blood pressure was one of them). I decided to give it a try. Was surprised about how good it tastes. I recommend it.

My husband and I tried the Hibiscus tea (hot and cold). The owner of you me and tea recommended that we drink this tea cold, and she was right. I prefer to drink this tea cold with a slice of orange with it. Delicious. Nice spring/spring drink.
